The second installment of ‘The Thundering Migration’. Read This Post to get the story so far before diving into:

The Thundering Migration: Part 1
I felt like doing a slightly longer piece, so this one is going to be released over the course of a few months. (I also have a busy few months coming up and it’s a little easier if I’m not thinking about what I’m gonna post the whole time.)
I wrote this one as a warmup, but it ended up getting away from me. Please enjoy!
Crime and Circuses
Weird fact about me: I know three people who do aerial arts, things like aerial silks or trapeze. One of my other friends has a master’s in clown studies (which is both a thing and something my friend earned). I have this weird fascination that I’ve developed over the years and think it’s a very interesting thing to see. Why not write about it?
For your consideration: Crime and Circuses
The Son of the Dragon Merchant
A new bit of fiction this week! Enjoy this months piece of fiction: The Son of the Dragon Merchant. Not exactly a holiday piece, but there’s never a bad time for a story about dragons!
Prophecy Apples
I seem to be going with a plant theme these last few months? This concept was suggested by a friend and I burned out the first draft while I was home with a bad chest cold. A few edits later and I present to you: Prophecy Apples.
The Herb Master’s Garden
I’m a person who loves plants. I keep a collection of houseplants in my home and love seeing the plants of others! Here’s a short story that celebrates that!
Blink
A fun little piece based on a few prompt words: Time Travel, Cat, and Journey.
I’ve been trying to write more short fiction (and trying to submit a little bit more). The big projects and sweeping landscapes are fun, but I’m trying to be a little more creatively flexible.
At any rate, enjoy!
Nasty Nattie and The Nightmare Man
This one was one that I wrote a pretty long time ago, but wanted to revisit. Enem is actually based on a nightmare antagonist I had a while ago. I wanted to change his story and see if I could make him more sympathetic (or at least more interesting). Enjoy!
More Irksome Than Not
Sorry for the wait! Things got a little busy between work and my parents coming to visit! It’s been a bit wild, but we’re getting back to a regular schedule.
This is a continuation of the story “Irksome”, originally published in October 2017. I like Leaky a lot and want to put more into her story…as soon as I figure out what it is. Enjoy!
Memories
This month’s fiction piece is a follow up to The Remembrance from a while ago. Feel free to read through it again before reading the follow-up story below!
We last left Cam and the crew as they left their memorial service on a desolate planet. But things change quickly in space!
